The Jollybops
Yesterday a robot & and a man came to perform a show. They asked students to come up to the front of the hall and have a go at playing the didgeridoo. There was also a demonstration on how to throw a boomerang and let some children throw it. :o
Finally there was fire :)
The man called up students to pop helium filled balloons with a stick with fire on the end :cool:
I was one of them and it looked like abomb exploding in Iraq :!: :(
But the show was very entertaining :) :)

Hi,
I think that you should have said thier names instead of saying man and robot. Also you shouldn’t use the term yesterday because people dont look at the date that the post was published they just look for an interesting title and read so they might think that if they read it on the 2nd of may they might think that it happened on the first of may but that wouldn’t be true. That will help you for next time dushan. I hope you keep up the good work and keep in mind the tips i gave you. Hope to talk to you soon!

A fair recount of some of the things that happened during the Jollybops Show. I have to agree with Sokeina, a few more details ( like who were the man and the robot) about the show would help people who weren’t there to understand what the show was about.
Do you think you could explain why the balloon blew up? And do you remember how the boomerang can fly?
You identified a number of very interesting aspects of the show, but I know that you are able to explain the scientific principles behind these activities. Don’t limit your reporting to a little old recount - keep it interesting for your readers.
Did you remember to ask three friends to check your work before you asked me (MrsP- did you show me?) BEFORE you published?
